These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between fb71 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual who uses this platform ("User", "you"). By opening an account at fb71, logging in, or starting to use the platform in any way, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account at fb71 and use the platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You are acting on your own behalf and are not managing an account on behalf of someone else.
• You have not previously had an fb71 account closed or suspended.

fb71 may request a copy of your identity document at any time for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one fb71 account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device/IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be completely truthful and accurate. fb71 reserves the right to cancel an account if it was registered with false information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities that take place from your account.

3.4 Updating Information

If any personal information changes (such as your mobile number), update it through account settings or via the support team. fb71 will not be responsible for payment delays caused by outdated information.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

fb71 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. If verification is required, the time may increase. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or dishonest, fb71 reserves the right to place that transaction on hold and investigate further. If fraud is proven, the associated funds and account will be forfeited.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fb71 offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more and get the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Once a bonus has been added to the account, it cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another person.
• fb71 reserves the right to change, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
• If a user attempts to obtain bonuses fraudulently, the account will be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

The fb71 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier — from a minimum of 0.3% up to a maximum of 1.5%. Moving up to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity. VIP cashback is added to the account each week according to a set schedule.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play

fb71 is always committed to ensuring Fair Play. All games available on the platform are operated by certified technology providers, and results are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, fb71's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, users place bets using their own judgment. fb71 does not manage events and is not responsible for outcomes. In the event of any dispute, fb71's decision is final.

7Prohibited Activities

Participating in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited on fb71 and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to obtain bonus benefits fraudulently (bonus abuse).
• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the gaming system.
• Stealing another user's account information or engaging in fraud.
• Impersonating fb71 staff.
• Colluding with other users to predetermine game outcomes (collusion).

8Responsible Gaming

9Account Suspension & Closure

fb71 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Failure to verify age.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing, withdraw any available balance (subject to wagering conditions being met).

11Limitation of Liability

12Changes to Terms and Conditions
